Change Your Password While Logged In
If you can sign in to Zendesk, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Zendesk account.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select View profile or Profile settings.
- Find the Password section.
- Enter your current password.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm the new password.
- Click Save.
Reset Your Password If You Forgot It
If you don’t remember your password, you can reset it:
- Go to the Zendesk sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your email for the password reset link.
- Open the link and create a new password.
- Save your changes and sign in again.
Password Tips
For better security, choose a password that:
- Is at least 12 characters long
- Includes uppercase and lowercase letters
- Includes numbers and symbols
- Is not reused from other accounts
- Is easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess
